Has an intensive experience with exportation and sale of Precious Metals to

Europe, since 2003 when the company has been founded. OROTECNO is one of

the very few companies of Ecuador having all licences to export Gold, other

Precious Metals and Minerals to Europe and worldwide. We have exported gold

to refineries in Switzerland and now established a very close cooperation.

The actual Gold-market with its high price level that will continue to increase,

allows us to start with an own mining project. We plan to begin with placer or

alluvial deposits alongside of a river in the south of Ecuador. Such a mining

project needs small investments only and has low operational costs. It grants with

the actual gold price a high profit and return of investment.

The project will extract by mechanical means the gold from the alluvial deposits

of a river, starting with the alongside deposits and it may be extended thereafter

to the river itself. Our technology of highest and most modern standards needs

no chemicals at all and will not damage the environment.

Compared to Rock-mining the cost of Placer-mining are 20%. Together with the

increasing price for gold and other precious metals we can grant a high profit and

a fast return of the capital invested.

Owes the exclusive right to use an existing concession
of Ecuador. We may excavate sand, deposits

and all kinds of minerals alongside and inside the river.

Streets are existing to bring the needed machines and all technical equipment for

the separation of gold and other precious metals from the sand-deposits. The

operation will be 100% ecological to highest national and international standards

including a program of reclamation of all areas affected by mine-related activities

including reafforestation.

BENEFIT TO PUBLIC ECONOMY and LOCAL SITUATION

This project creates direct and indirect jobs, it will help to develop the local rural

population and the whole area especial the about 20 villages of the indigenous

people. They have an immense lack of satisfaction of elementary needs like

school-education, health-care and regular labour.

The gold and other precious metals produces by the mine will be exported to

Germany and contribute to create foreign exchanges for Ecuador. The high level

working places will help to develop the local economy of that area.
